Great selection. Prices are a little high. Quality is good with good selection. Employees are polite and helpful.
The service here is simply terrible. It took about 30 mins to get the cash register to work, and then it couldn't print the receipt. There was also nobody walking around for assistance. Atrocious.
Marissa who is a manager gave me excellent customer service. I bought a watch there that was lose on my wrist. She happily came over and fixed it. She was very nice. I will continue to shop there because it is a nice shopping experience!
Head straight to the clearance rack...some good deals if your not too fussy.
Emilie at the Jewelry section was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional in her conduct. We didn't even get an apology despite bringing it up and complaining. I believe in responding with your wallet. This was the worst experience at Kohls for us. We can spend our money elsewhere. Never going back again.
