The joy of getting my car cleaned at Russell Speeder's in Bedford Hills is more than just leaving the facility with a spotless vehicle. It's the conversation and cordiality of catching up with Diego, enjoying a laugh with Francesca and learning about Reyes and his precious family. It's always a pleasant experience...and that's just awesome.
Used to be a great car wash, I put my car through 2x and it was still dirty (admittedly I wasn't charged for the second wash but it was still dirty AF)
As far as I am concerned, when I pay $73 at a car wash, I expect it to be completely spotless. I realize that I didn't opt for wax or buffing or any of that, however I expect for the car to be free and clear of any dirt or debris once I'm told it's ready. I've paid $20 and gotten better washes and attention to detail than this. I'm very displeased and will continue looking elsewhere. The one positive was that the staff seemed very friendly.
I've been taking my car for car wash at Russell Speeder's for a few years now. Great service. I had an issue today, the vacuum sucked my car key! The manager,Diego, was really nice and helpful. He helped me find my car keys from the vacuum. Diego told me that it's ok and that accidents happen. I felt really bad about what happened, but Diego assured me it's OK. Great staff and management.
Awesome place, their workers are the best. Very friendly environment. Highly recommended

I recently moved to the area and been looking for a good car wash. So far I've tried Splash and and was not happy in the least, and other reviewers on there seem to share my opinion. After looking at all the positive reviews of Russell's I anticipated good things. My truck needed a good spring cleaning and I knew a regular quick wash wouldn't suffice. I called up Russell's and inquired about pricing on a detail service and spoke to David. He was very helpful and said to just bring the car down and he'll look at it to determine what level of wash wash was required, which I agreed to. I brought the truck over yesterday and he gave me some options and since the truck is only about 6 months old I knew I didn't need the top of the line wash but I didn't mind spending some money to have it done well. I agreed to a wash that cost me $73 which I figured would have the car looking great again. After running it through the drive thru wash I parked it and a woman started to take care of the rest, I'd like to add that she was very nice and pleasant. They called me over once they were done and as I'm checking the truck I notice that parts of the back seat and floor were not even vacuumed, the trunk hadn't been vacuumed, the console had not been wiped, there were water marks all over the car and there were still a lot of bug splatter on the front bumper. I went over and told David and he came over to try to help the woman take care of these issues. As they do this I took a rag myself and with just a little elbow grease and a damp cloth was able to clean most if this myself.
